TWELFTH NIGHT CAKE The twelve days of Christmas is climaxed by Epiphany on January 6. In England, Twelfth day is not complete without the twelfth cake, a dark fruitcake hiding a trinket, pea or almond. The guests or family member who finds the “prize” reigns as king or queen over the twelfth Night festivities. 2 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. butter 1 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. Florida orange juice 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs 1 tbsp. orange rind 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped black walnuts 1/2 c. raisins 1/4 c. currants 1 c. blanched almonds Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon together. Cream butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add 1/2 cup orange juice, milk, eggs, orange rind and vanilla. Add flour mixture gradually beating until well mixed. Fold in walnuts, raisins, currants and almonds. Pour into well greased bundt pan or 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or test for done. Let cool for 15 minutes in pan. Combine 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup oran
