Does anyone have a recipe for blueberry jam (jelly, US) please?
i do i made this for black berry jam and it work wonders : 4 cups of blueberries 4 cups of sugar: directions: put the sugar in a oven proof pan and heat in a 250 degree oven for 30-45 mins till warm add to the pan with the blue berries and cook till it starts to thicken and gel, a way u can check for gel is place a ceramic plate in a freezer for 2 hours and then place a teaspoon of gel on the cold plate and it should gel automatically if cooked long enough… to make the jelly strain the blueberry and sugar mixture into a sieve and crush blueberries to make a jelly…
