Sure do. Have two. Enjoy Onion Chutney 6 cup Chopped sweet onions 1/2 cup Fresh lemon juice 2 tsp Whole cumin seed 1 tsp Whole mustard seed 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes 2 tsp Ground chili pepper 1/4 cup Light brown sugar 1 x Salt to taste Combine all ingredients in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. When mixture comes to a boil, immediately remove from heat and pack into hot sterilized jars. Vacuum seal. Makes 4 1/2 pint jars. OR, Onion Chutney ( Piyaz Ki Chutney ) 4 lrg onions chopped 2 tsp ginger shredded 2 tsp garlic shredded 150 gm mint leaves chopped 300 gm coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp lemon juice salt Combine all the ingredients add a little water and grind to a smooth thick puree in a blender. Stir well before serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days until needed but serve at room temperature. Onions are used in a thousand and one ways in indian cookery.
