Gorgeous recipe… Ingredients: 75g white chocolate , melted (must be a really good quality) 1 tbsp double cream 2 eggs , separated cocoa powder , for dusting Method: 1. Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Butter and sugar 2 small ramekins. 2. Stir the cream and egg yolks into the warm chocolate. Whisk the egg whites until stiff. 3. Stir in half and fold in the rest. Pour into the ramekins and bake for 10-12 minutes or until risen and cooked. 4. When out of the oven, dust with cocoa. Hope this helps!
