Does anyone have actual examples of Social Media Impact on a business as a case study?
In implementing a social media strategy for my bosses (who are very much NOT on board), does anyone have some concise examples of Social Media or a “before and after” snapshot of a business and how it impacted them? In other words: this XXX business located in XXX had sales of approximately $X and then social media was implemented and within 6 months – 1 year – or whatever time frame – they jad sales grow to XXX and anticpate their yearly profit to grow by XXX. I know this is a long shot – but real world examples will be required of me and I have none. Please help me if you can?! I really appreciate it!
