Does anyone have an Insurance Company that includes Track Day events?

My current insurance company (Fidelty) considers the BMW GGC Track Events as racing. Now to define racing there would have to be some sort of competition and timing going on right. Which to my knowledge doesn’t happen at the Track Days. My policy does have a racing clause which I will post later.
