Does anyone have any good Egg white recipes?
I enjoy a nice healthy egg white sandwhich. To make it, I usually take one large egg and remove the yolk. Next, i fry it on a non-stick pan with no oil, butter, etc. As this cooks, I put on thin whole wheat bread bun (available at Zerhs and other PC stores) in the toaster oven with a slice of swiss chess on top (to melt it). When the cheese is melted and the egg is cooked, I put the egg white on the bread and add a dollop of French honey mustard. Delicious!
