In a heavy skillet, quick sear the meat so it browns on both sides. Take out of skillet and turn down the heat. Add a can of cream of mushroom soup and just a little water and stir. Add the tenderloin and let simmer on very low for at least an hour, stirring occasionally. This is a tasty way to make pork and you can use rice, pasta, or potatoes on the side and a veggie and maybe a small salad. You could put applesauce and cole slaw on the side as well. For dessert, if you don’t use applesauce, have apple pie or cobbler and ice cream. For a drink, try cranberry juice with some ginger ale or lemon lime soda mixed in for a nice punch that bits just a little.
