Well, I’m religious, so you may not be inclined to listen to me, but I’ll offer my advice regardless. kissing is not something to be taken lightly, you should work towards it over time. If you wait, then when you do kiss it will be all the better. As for making out, that I’d recommend against entirely, at least until marriage. If you make out sooner then that one thing might lead to another and you’ll end up with a baby and a babies daddy that wants nothing to do with you and it.
