Does anyone have any new information on The Sexton building in downtown Minneapolis?
I used to valet there almost 2 years ago. They had problem with drug dealers and squatters. Also the guys running the show were under federal investigation for fraud. The sales agents were also getting 100%+ commissions which from what I know is unheard of. The first floor of the building has glass walls so if you don’t have shades you are SOL on privacy. The hospital is 1 block away so you get used to hearing sirens every hour on the hour. The association took the developer to court for having an incredibly inefficient heating system. There is also NO parking unless you want to spend $200 a month to park in a ramp 1 block away. During home Viking games the neighborhood is a complete cluster f__k because it’s only a couple blocks from the Dome. That being said the people who now live there are pretty cool. Dealers and Squatters are gone. The rooms are really nice with solid hard wood floor and exposed brick walls. If you are considering this, place please make sure that the problems I
