Shop the perimter of the store – walk right into the produce section and buy everything around the perimeter – every fruit, grain, vegetable, pulse, bean, legume, nut and seed. All of that is unprocessed. Check ingredients lists – breads like Ezekiel 4:9 are awesome, they’re sprouted grains and are very good for you. Each slice of Ezekiel 4:9 has 3+ grams of protein and 3+ grams of fiber. Get yourself raw food cookbooks, so you can learn how to make food out of raw fruits, veggies and sprouted beans and pulses. You don’t have to eat all raw, but maybe make a few meals a week raw, so that you can enjoy the pure, natural goodness of food without chemically altering it, processing it, cooking it past recognition, etc. Get very simple whole grain pasta with the shortest ingredients list possible (ideally all it should list is whole grain wheat flour). Look online at websites like www.vegweb.com and find yourself vegan recipes that sound and look good. You can make anything you can think of
