Does anyone have buyers interested in Raintree Manor in Temple Terrace, FL?
Hi Amber, Part of the problem is the sinkhole repairs done on many of the buildings in Raintree Manor. Good luck on the sale. You may want to list it but you may also want to pay $350 to an appraiser to find out what your place is currently worth. Unless a buyer is paying ALL CASH their lender will require an appraisal so you may be better off having a very good idea of value so you don’t have an unrealistically high price or alternatively too low and get less money.
