Does anyone have experience with bad side-effects of Aricept?
My mother was given Aricept in a nursing home without our family being notifiedof this. She has been in a very fast decline for several weeks, probably the amount of time she was given Aricept. We have seen her memory, language, and ability to walk and feed herself decline severely. We believe it has been caused by Aricept. We are praying that she will regain what skills she had once this drug is out of her system. A: inform the doctor & give him a copy of your power of attorney paperwork.
