Does anyone have NFUSE over HTTP PROXY with NTLM Authentication working?

It worked ok with transparent proxy but with NTLM the application never connects. If I turn off the proxy on the Browser (IE6) it goes right through so it can’t be IPS. Anyone have any thoughts.
