Does anyone have suggestions or contacts to consider for a Hotel project in Kanab, UT?

I've got a piece of land tied up in Kanab, UT that my partners and I are looking to put a hotel on. This would be my first hotel project, so I'm looking for good contacts and information. A little about Kanab: ♦ Population 8,000 ♦ Approximately 4 million people travel through Kanab each year ♦ Kanab is centrally located between Grand Canyon national park, Grand Staircase national park, Zions national park, Bryce Canyon national park, Coral Pink Sand Dunes state park, and Lake Powell. Chances are that if you've been to visit parks in southern Utah, you've gone through Kanab. ♦ Kanab is home to Best Friends Animal Santuary. ♦ Many films such as Gunsmoke were filmed there, and the old film sets are quite a popular attraction.
