Does anyone in CA Tip there Alter boys at Funerals or Funeral Directors and Priests?
Okay, now I’m in GA so maybe it’s different over on the West coast, but I was tiped when I was an altar server at a funeral. Like $5, but I was specifically asked to be the server of that funeral by the family members of the deceased. Usually at weddings and funerals, the Director/Priest does get tiped, but that might just be how it’s done down here. One usually tips when a service is being done. Yes, it is the Priest’s job to help his flock, but on the same note, it’s the waiter’s job to give you your food, yet we tip them….
