Does anyone know a good back and neck pillow?
This is a good question because there are tons of neck pillows online that you have to choose from. You want to get a good neck pillow that will align your head and neck properly while sleeping. This is important because then there is a less likely chance of you waking up with neck pain or a stiff neck. Sleeping on a couch, or in an awkward position at night- makes for a sore neck in the morning! I would not reccommend using no pillow at all, or using a flat pillow. Your neck has a natural “C” curve- also called a cervical lordosis. Hence you want to make sure you get a pillow that gives you good support in your neck. You can get a pillow that will give you gentle traction in your neck, which will allow you to have proper posture while sleeping.
