Does anyone know a good pumpkin bread recipe for dogs?
If you are sure the dog is starving (eg. you can see hip, protruding shoulder or rib bones) call your SPCA, so they can force the owner of the dog to feed it. If not the case and the dog is just hungry, here is a banana bread recipe you can substitute the banana with pumpkin. Ingredients 2 cups of all purpose flour 2 teaspoons of baking powder 2 bananas, ripe and mashed ΒΌ cup of molasses 1/3 cup of canola oil 2 eggs 1 big apple, cored and chopped Preparation Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Oil and flour a bread loaf pan. In a bowl mix the flour and baking powder together and then set on the side. In a separate large bowl mix the bananas, molasses, oil and eggs together. Then put the flour and baking powder into the banana mixture and stir well until it is combined. Then pour the batter into the pan. Place the pan in the oven and allow it to bake for approximately 1 hour or until when inserting a wooden pick in the center it comes out clean. Once done allow it to cool for 10 minutes,
