Does anyone know any advantages or disadvantages of tourism in the Bahamas?

Advantages... foreign exchange that can be used to build infrastructure like roads, schools and prop up the economy the money can be used for health care-building hospitals jobs for people on the island which would create a domino effect They need food so restaurants will benefit, farmers will benefit since their produce will sell Bakeries will sell more bread since the tourists will eat breakfast and sandwiches taxi drivers and tour operators will make some money for them and their family Every business will benefit including electricity company, Internet company, water company, spas, water sports operators, places of interest Disadvantages...  more
