all pasta freezes well including alfredo shepherd’s pie (make day ahead, eat some, put rest in fridge overnight, cut like lasagna in morning and freeze in those serving sizes) sweet chili freezes well chicken pot pie freezes well the nice thing is, most of these you can make for dinner that night cook double or extra, then freeze the portions you don’t eat.
