umm if you’re gonna use the information to scare some poor minor then I shall be most disappointed lol But as far as I’m aware not very high.. it can happen to anyone like the case in the paper I saw last year. Guy fell into Wellington harbour after drinking too much in the bars in town. not cool.. Edit: well if you’re asking how likely it is for a person to drown IF they fell into the ocean or some other large body of water then i’d say definately higher than if they were sober. Alcohol inhibits senses so you’re less likely to be aware of danger like rocks or whatever is in the water. Having said that the best you can do is find some statistics that show the number of drowning that were the direct cause of underage drinking.

I haven’t hear anything specifically about underage drinking, just drinking in general. Make sure that if someone passes out turn them on their side. DO NOT let them lay on their back, because, as nasty as it is, if they throw up while laying on their back they could drown in their own puke.
