Does anyone know how I can contact Claires Accessories head office about a complaint? ?
Hi Go into your local store and ask for the head office details. If they wont supply you with them. Go to trading standards. They can either help you get the information or follow the complaint for you. They will definatly help you. They really helped me once. I tried magnetic earrings years ago and agree with you…. the magnet can easily ‘jump’ if knocked and could easily go inside the ear if knocked. How about letting her wear the sticker gem earrings you can buy until shes a bit older and then let her have them pierced. Good luck with following up the complaint.
