What is this source? Neutron radiation is dependent on the energy of these neutrons (proton capture is at the highest probability amid mid range radiation). So I did a very rough calculation and if you’re exposed to it for a whole year (continuously exposed) we’re talking a dose of 1.402 milli Sieverts, which is tiny! This is because the neutron flux you have is absolutely small (0.01 Sievert/h is equivalent to ~25 million neutrons per square centimetre for an hour I believe). If you want to talk RADS I make that 1.4*10^-6 Rads. You need more than 100 Rads an hour for 25% of people to even feel ill and even then it won’t kill them. So I would say it’s not a big problem, though I don’t guarantee my calculations are anywhere near correct (and you should take them only as a guide). I also don’t know what health and safety sets as the limits for neutron radiation.
