Does anyone know if exercise or a chiropractor can cure tinnitus?
I’ve had it since I was a lad, so much to the point I wanted to blow my brains out as a teen. My saving grace was finding a large HEPA filter that makes a ton of white noise, and I’m able to get a good night’s sleep. I despise quiet rooms…the silence turns into ringing and roaring in no time. Some days it is better, some worse. Tinnitus is permanent damage to your hearing; mine from childhood sickness. I know some vets that got theirs in the service, and some older musicians that are starting to exhibit it. I’ve been told and read that hearing damage is not repairable. I’ve been to doctors, chiropractors, tried herbal remedies and for me, nothing has worked. The only thing they did was take my money. I’m wondering for you if it might be allergy related? I’m thinking the exercise got your sinuses cleared. Does it always go away when you exercise? Possibly an over the counter medicine might help. I hope so…I don’t wish this on anybody.
