Does anyone know if Spelbound are entering the World Championships as a team or individual gymnasts?
I think that what they do is a fairly new discipline in the UK called Acrobatic Gymnastics. It is not yet an Olympic discipline in the same way as Artistic and Rhythmic Gymnastics. I am not very familiar with the sport but I know that they work in pairs, three’s and four’s. The girls certainly work either as a pair or as a threesome. The boys work as a pair or a foursome. There is also a class for a mixed pair; one boy one girl working together. There may also be other groupings. Jan, if you e-mail me I will try to find out more and answer your questions.
