Does anyone know of a college which specialises in forensics?
If you want to study forensic science at university level then get a BSc in a relevant subject and take one of the MSc degrees offered by Stratchclyde or Kings College London. The reality is that forensic science has become a ‘sexy’ subject and many BSc degree science course now offer modules in forensic science. They will give you an awareness but you will not be anywhere near a qualified forensic scientist. A good honours degree in a mainstream scientifc subject is still the best route to a career in forensic science. You should then attempt to get a job with a large and credible forensic scientific organisation that provides comprehensive training programs for their new employees.
