Does anyone know of a good grilled fish recipe?
Grilled Salmon with Tarragon Butter: 1/2 cup butter, softened, 1 Tsp Tarragon, 1 Tsp lemon juice, 2 salmon steaks 1 Stir together butter, tarragon and lemon juice in small bowl 2 Spread 1 or 2 Tsp butter mixture on both sides of each salmon steak 3 Place salmon on grill 4 Grill, turning once, until salmon flakes with fork (about 10-12 minutes) 5 Serve salmon with remaining butter mixture Lemon Pepper Grilled Shrimp:1lb jumbo shrimp, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup plus 3 TBSP fresh lemon juice, 2 Tbsp ground pepper, 4 Tbsp butter 1 Combine Olive oil, 1/2 cup lemon juice, and pepper in a bowl 2 Peel & De-vein shrimp 3 Marinade in oil mixture for 30 minutes 4 Heat grill or broiler 5 Remove shrimp from marinade and place on skewers 6 Grill or broil for 3-5 minutes per side, painting with marinade twice during cooking process 7 Melt butter and combine with 3 tbsp lemon juice. Use as a dip for cooked shrimp 8 Bon Appetit!
