Does anyone know of a hat collector that may appreciate vintage hats?

I like vintage hats, but I don’t like paying much for them. I usually pick oldish hats up from thriftstores and if they are plain I make them odd. But actually I’ve seen plenty on ebay. They seem to sell for more than I am willing to pay, but then I am not a real enthusiast.
