Does anyone know of any good supplements that help regenerate jaw bone?
Check out oil pulling (preferably with virgin organic coconut oil). Bruce Fife’s done loads of research. Also take a good and high dose supplement of CoQ10 and Vit C. Obviously make sure your diet is good – made up of lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. Try and stay away from grains as they spike your insulin. Avoid sugar & dairy for a while. Also check out something called sole – (Himalayan Crystal Salt) to help alkaline the system and remove heavy metals. I really hope you can arrest what’s happening. I just found out that due to several jaw surgeries, I have complete bone loss on the right side of my upper jaw. There was a cyst growing which I had removed. The doctors that I have seen are specialists yet they have no idea why the cysts had formed. They also informed me that I will be losing all my teeth in that area of my jaw. However, if I can find something to help me regenerate the bone, my teeth very well may be saved. Please help!
