Does anyone know of some authentic type or high quality Italian, Chinese or Persian restaurants?
Persian restaurants I haven’t heard of but 1 or 2 may exist. There are a few good Chinese (by my definition) and a couple of very good Thai restaurants. I’m from the SF bay area so my definition of good asian food may differ from yours (I have found that quite often out here). More ethnic restaurants seem to be developing. Like the rest of the country, people moving here have been exposed to a high level of availability (and quality) of a variety of ethinic foods.
