We used to get these at our old hangout. They were called German Chocolate Cake Shots. Chocolate Cake recipe 1/2 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur 1/2 oz vodka Lemon Wedge coated in sugar Add vodka and frangelico to a shaker with ice. Shake. Garnish with a sugar-coated lemon. **Some people suck on the lemon after the shot and some do it before.
