Does anyone know when college students are supposed to start getting their EMA?

I started college this september and have received EMA every week since. What you should do once you have received your offer of entitlement is take the second part of it (the part you have to sign) into your college, they will ask you to sign a leaner agreement of something like that and will also sign part of the letter sent to you. This will entitle you to EMA. You may have to get somthing signed every lesson to say you have attended, which you then give back to college every week, or you may just have to be marked in on the register. My brother has had problems and even though I am getting EMA he is still waiting for his notice of entitlement, as the company that deals with the money has this year been having problems. Hope this helps.
