Hi Rosalie...consider ringing the hospital after you've put together a list of a good variety of questions you would like to have answered. This way you can sense a feeling of how the staff treats their clients and patients. Ask about the payment policies, after hour care, if the main veterinarian goes away on holiday who will be the replacement. What is the 24 hour clinic they refer their patients too, etc.
