Does anyone use anything besides a fork to break up canned tuna?
I recently discovered the easiest way for me to break apart the tuna for tuna salad. I take a regular fork in my left hand and I hold it down firmly in a downward position. I then take a simple steak knife and I insert the knife through the prongs of the fork while separating the tuna, pulling in opposite directions. If you are left handed you need to reverse the process. In a minute or so the tuna is broken up into small shreds. Most people have these utensils already in their home and it works beautifully.
