Does anyone use Comcast digital voice service for making your phone calls? Are you satified with it?

I’ve had the bundled service for over a year. What I like is the convenience of having all the services on one bill, and the cost. I also like that you’re basically on a month to month contract, so if a better special promotion comes along, and I like it (and I qualify), I can switch to a new plan. I started out the year with an HBO plan, now I’ve got a Showtime plan. On the other hand, the service hasn’t been great. First of all, if there’s a problem with the phone wiring in your house, the base unit of your phone has to be plugged into the modem, which may or may not be convenient to you. Second, if the phone is out, the internet is usually out too (although it doesn’t seem to effect the television), so you can’t contact them either way. Finally, there seems to be some disconnect (no pun intended) between the service office and the field agents. I’ve had guys show up who not only didn’t know why they were there, but who didn’t have to proper equipment to fix the problem, and who had
