Notice the name of the network. BOOMERang. For us baby BOOMERS the stuff that they show are classics. The Wacky Races, Popeye, Pink Panther, The Jetsons, The Flintstones, Yogi Bear, Huckleberry Hound, Top Cat, Tom & Jerry, Scooby-Doo, Super Friends and the Banana Splits are all cartoons that we grew up with. The shows that you mention come along a bit later. I hadn’t really thought of it until you asked this question but I feel pretty certain that this network is aimed at us aging baby boomers.
