Growing up we had a rat terrier dog that would eat them. On a summer evening Snoopy would wait by the porch light for one of the bugs to get too close and then fall to the porch floor, sidewalk, or steps. When one would, he would run over to it and crunch it down. Our other dog, ignored them and couldn’t care less.
