Does appendicitis have to be cause severe pain?

That sounds different than appendicitis. Put your hand on your lower right abdomen, above your hip bone a few inches. Does it feel extremely warm? If it feels no warmer than the rest of your body or the same as the other side, it is less likely to be appendicitis. However, some of your symptoms sound similar to appendicitis, so I would just call the doctor. Some people don’t have extreme pain and webmd suggests calling your doctor after just four hours (I think that’s a tad extreme) and since it has been two days, give them a call. Burst appendix is not a fun thing and can be deadly. Check the link to assess your symptoms further.
