Does Back Be Nimble offer product repair service or part replacement on products they sell?
No, I’m sorry we do not offer warranty or repair service. Our 30 day return policy covers defects on all products we sell, but beyond that term all service will be covered under each manufacturer’s specific warranty and parts must be obtained from the appropriate manufacturer. Although most of our products will come with all pertinent manufacturer contact info, we will gladly assist our “confirmed customers” in obtaining any contact info they may find necessary. We do not however offer our vendor/manufacturer list or contact information to anyone who has not purchased one of that manufacturer’s products directly from Back Be Nimble.
