A. Our Bug-Free Maintenance Plan is backed by our guarantee that your home is pest-free or else we will retreat your home for free until the problem is solved. Q. Will the bug spray from the home improvement store work as well as your treatments? A. No. We use chemicals that are regulated by the Department of Agriculture, and as such are not meant for private use. The chemicals we use have a longer residual life and are meant to be used in strict accordance to their label directions. An individual can get good results from treating the home as a do-it-yourselfer, but it will take consistent effort. Most of our customers prefer to leave the pesticide spraying up to the professionals. Q. Do the chemicals have an odor? Will they stain my carpet or walls? A.
