A. Yes we do. Generally though, new build properties are cheaper and therefore more popular. In addition to the price issue, new build properties are generally built to much higher standards than older properties and do not need any maintenance or immediate expenditure, having new kitchens, bathrooms, etc., ready installed. The type of clients that buy a re-sale property are those who need to move in within a very short period of time, and who are unable to wait for a new property to be built. When making an offer for a re-sale property in Spain you will have to pay a 3000 Euros deposit and then normally 10% within 30 days of making your offer and complete in circa 4 weeks. If you cannot do this, then this is not an option for you.
