In the event that any location, upon completion of one calendar quarter of service provided by SBC and upon completion of all SBC’s recommendations to comply, does not improve or maintain an “A” score, as defined by the Department of Health, SBC will provide service for the audit done by Beghtel Consulting within the same months time as when the Department of Health inspected, for free.
