Does Best Authority ever miss a citation?
Best Authority can miss citations if there are syntactical errors, formatting errors, or if they use terms that are not contained in any of the document overlays. Syntactical and formatting errors are best resolved directly in the document text and then performing a re-scan of the document. Otherwise, for Advanced users performing a Mark on the missed citation will add it to the database used to construct the TOA.
