Does black pepper cause fluid retention?

1) I could not find any confirmation for this. 2) Here some information about the medical properties of black pepper: “Like all eastern spices, pepper was historically both a seasoning and a medicine. Long pepper, being stronger, was often the preferred medication, but both were used. Black peppercorns figure in remedies in Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani medicine in India. The 5th century Syriac Book of Medicines prescribes pepper (or perhaps long pepper) for such illnesses as constipation, diarrhea, earache, gangrene, heart disease, hernia, hoarseness, indigestion, insect bites, insomnia, joint pain, liver problems, lung disease, oral abscesses, sunburn, tooth decay, and toothaches. Various sources from the 5th century onward also recommend pepper to treat eye problems, often by applying salves or poultices made with pepper directly to the eye. There is no current medical evidence that any of these treatments has any benefit; pepper applied directly to the eye would be quite uncomfortable

It is well known in Sub-Sahara  medical circles that the medical properties of black pepper are several. A problem, though, is that people using it usually end up with an itchy ass and find no place or antidote to relieve the feeling, which usually lasts for 3 to 5 days. The fluid retention problem is very common is some countries with little or no bathrooms at all. After consuming black pepper, try to drink two glasses of warm water combined with 3 teaspoons of salt sea and 1/4 cup of "maelstri", which you can find in most supermarkets. I have a lot of information on this subject, but little time to contribute now (taking a plane to Alaska), so I’ll prepare a comprehensive  answer for tomorrow.
