An initial discussion with our consultant or receiving an agreement in principle will cost you nothing. Applying for a loan or mortgage with Bliss Finance will cost you an administration fee of £300. On completion of your mortgage or loan we will receive an introduction fee from the lender and we will charge you a fee for arranging your mortgage or loan. Our terms of business identify the fees and the services we provide. These terms of business are also known as an Initial Disclosure Document (IDD). This format is prescribed by our regulator (the FSA) so that you can easily compare our service terms with other suppliers.
