The scary part of it all is that Blockbuster has so much power. Think about just how many copies of a giant, pardon the phrase, blockbuster, Hollywood film Blockbuster buys. No, Blockbuster doesn’t actually censor movies. But if Blockbuster deems a movie too objectionable for their ideal of healthy family entertainment, they won’t buy it to offer it for rent. Nothing wrong there: nobody expects to see hard-core porn on the shelves of Blockbuster.
