Taking the tables will be like when you are at the menstruation period, if you usually experience headache and abdominal cramps during menstruation, then taking the tablets will causes you to have the same symptoms. In this case, we will advise you to take 1 tablet per day, half in the morning and half before bedtime, for one week. This way you will slowly build up the hormone level for the body, and when you do not feel any more of the symptoms after taking the tablets or do not experiences as much cramping compared to your normal cramping conditions, you can switch back to the regular dose, e.g. 2 tablets a day.
