Does breastfeeding interfere with a womans period?

0

I’m breastfeeding and haven’t had a period since before I was pregnant. My understanding is that everyone is different, but it is common for women not to have a period while breastfeeding. Although when you start weaning and producing less milk it’s more likely for your period to resume. So I think it does clearly interfere with your period. (Note – Just because you do not have your period due to breastfeeding it does not mean you can not get pregnant!
