Does California use primary election or party caucuses to select delegates to the Presidential nominating convention?
Answer Hi Toni, Like most States, California has a Presidential primary. For a long time, this has traditionally taken place in June. For the last two elections, the State moved its primary to March. However, for 2008, there is currently legislation pending to move it back to June. I hope this helps!
