No, we are not involved in the promotion, marketing or distribution of music. • Do I retain all rights to my songs? Yes, ownership of the songs and all rights associated with the copyright holder remain with you. Signing the CCLI Owner Agreements just allows CCLI to include your works in the Church Copyright License and other License programs. • How does this affect a membership with ASCAP, BMI or SESAC? It doesn’t. You will still need to be a member of your chosen performance rights organization.
